Shipping
We ship from the USA. Free 2-day shipping is available on qualifying orders (e.g. over a set order value—check the current offer on our homepage). Other orders ship at standard rates. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied. If you need to return an item, please contact us within the return window with your order number. Unopened, resalable products may be eligible for return or exchange per our policy. Some items (e.g. opened personal care products) may not be returnable for health reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
