About: Hypochlorous acid is produced by white blood cells as part of the body's natural defense mechanism against pathogens and is fast-acting against microorganisms. When combined with a surfactant for removing oil and debris from the eyelids, it can be effective in the most severe cases of eyelid discomfort. Gel provides an added soothing, moist environment to expedite wound healing.
