Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some products can be bought as a "Subscribe & save" subscription.

A subscription renews automatically on the schedule you pick at checkout, until you cancel it.

On each renewal date, we charge your saved payment method the subscription price shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

To cancel, skip or change an order, use the "Manage subscription" link in your subscription emails or in your account.

You can also email Sales@DryEyeLA.com with your order number, and we will cancel it for you.

If you cancel before your next renewal date, we will not charge you again.

An order that was already charged before you cancel ships as normal. Returns for that order follow our Refund Policy.

If the subscription price changes, we email you before the next charge.
